As the plot thickens, it comes to light that an individual with the code name Lazarus, is the person behind the scenes orchestrating all of this. Lazarus is not a stand off player; he has a very personal history with the Mossad, and it changes things for David when he finds out. Slaton, CIA, and the Mossad are in a mad dash to stop the ultimate end game of Lazarus, and the masters he serve, before world war three is unleashed.
Assassins Edge was a nail biting read! I really enjoyed watching how all these separate events were related and then came together at the end. The cast of characters are great in this read. We see characters that have been involved with this series for the beginning be pushed to the limits, and we see characters that were introduced later in the series rise to the occasion. Assassins Edge is a stellar read that I can not wait for everyone to devour themselves!
