While the conspiracy is not kept under wraps from the readers, it serves to present a transformative journey for Clayton White whose world turns upside down with emotionally charged twists and turns. The conspiracy-laden fast-paced narrative is augmented by adrenaline-pumping action sequences of stellar quality. Simon Gervais ensures to make Clayton White formidable but not invincible, creating tense shootouts and fisticuffs in which the outcomes are not automatically awarded to White.
