Thanks to a number of Veteran authors, as well as supporting authors and businesses, we'll have book giveaways that only Veterans can win.

We will also try to raise awareness of Veteran charities.

At the end of the giveaways, we will offer an Ultimate Prize Pack for one Veteran who will win: signed books, merch, a gift card and more!

Al Hagan

Al Hagan’s career included a four-year tour of duty with the Marine Corps and a number of years in the intelligence community, working in Washington, D.C. and in foreign countries.

A.M. is a recently retired Chief Warrant Officer in the United States Navy with 20 years in the Intelligence Community. She has been to numerous countries around the world, including multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

David Wilson

Joining the Marine Corps at the age of 17, David enjoyed his time in the grunts, but switched over to Counterintelligence after picking up Sergeant. Staying with the USMC for just over 20 years, he retired in 1998 at the age of 38, attaining the rank of CWO-2.

Dustin Carter

Very soon after joining the Army, Dustin found his way in life and ended up in Tikrit, Iraq, where he would connect with his love for books while trying his best to avoid car bombs, IEDs, and mortars.

Jack Carr

Commander, Troop Commander and Task Unit Commander. Over his 20 years in Naval Special Warfare he transitioned from an enlisted SEAL sniper, to a junior officer leading assault and sniper teams in Iraq and Afghanistan, to a platoon commander practicing counterinsurgency in the southern Philippines, to commanding a Special Operations Task Unit in the most Iranian influenced section of southern Iraq throughout the tumultuous drawdown of U.S. Forces.

Jeff Clark

Jeff Clark is an Air Force Veteran born and raised in Northern Oklahoma. After over 12 years in the Air Force being stationed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado, he returned to government service as a civilian leader.

Joel Shulkin, MD

Being a full-time physician hasn't stopped Joel from writing. Far from it, the complexity of his patients, prior service with the United States Air Force, a Master's in Public Health, and involvement in organized medicine in the middle of an ever-changing healthcare system all provide raw material for his stories.

Kevin Miller

Captain Kevin Miller, a 24-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, is a former tactical naval aviator and has flown the A-7E Corsair II and FA-18 Hornet operationally. He commanded a carrier-based strike-fighter squadron in combat, and, during his career, logged over 1,000 carrier-arrested landings, made possible as he served alongside outstanding men and women as part of a winning team.

Olivia M. Charles

Olivia believes that growing up in an Air Force family had significant advantages. Following her own military service as an air refueling (tanker) pilot, she worked full-time while raising two wildly amazing and successful children with a very supportive husband.

Paco Chierici

During his career in the U.S. Navy, Paco Chierici flew A-6 Intruders and F-14 Tomcats, deployed to conflict zones from Somalia to Iraq and was stationed aboard carriers including the USS Ranger, Lincoln, and Kitty Hawk.

Patrick Hughes

I spent over a decade in the Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. I was responsible for maintaining complex radar systems, mission computers, and communication equipment on E-2C Hawkeyes and C-2A Greyhounds, ensuring the success of every flight that left the deck.

Rodger Carlyle

I worked my way through college, joining what the Navy called AVROC, or Aviation Reserve Officer Corps along the way. It was a way to engage in what would become another passion, aviation. When my Navy career was cut short by the loss of my aviation medical status, I thought that the world had come to an end.

Steve Stratton

Steve started his Army career at the White House Communications Agency supporting the communications needs of President’s Ford and Carter, Vice President’s Rockefeller and Mondale and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. His work took him around the world introducing him to new cultures, ways of thinking, and the various agencies tasked with projecting and protecting American interests abroad.

Travis Davis

Travis Davis is an Air Force brat who grew up in Arkansas, Spain, New York, and California. He joined the US Army at 17 years old as an Armored Reconnaissance Specialist and was stationed in the various forts in the United States and Germany, where he met his beautiful wife. During his three tours in Germany, he conducted hundreds of border patrols along the East-West German border and the Czechoslovakia-West German border. Where he saw first-hand communism and its oppression of its citizens, he retired from the US Army, where his last duty assignment was as Assistant Operations Sergeant of the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment at Fort Polk, Louisiana; he is a lifetime member of the Sergeant Morales Club. Travis has received multiple awards, including the Meritorious Service Medal and five Army Commendation Medals.

W.L. Bach

W.L. served 27 years as a US Navy SEAL. He deployed to Desert Storm, Afghanistan, Iraq, and numerous operations in Asia and the Middle East.
