Go-To Author: Ummm, do we even need to say!? Kyle Mills!

Book You Would Recommend from 2020: Ward Larsen's Assassin's Strike. He dropped a top-notch character into the middle of the Syrian conflict and incorporated edge of your seat action non-stop throughout the book! Oh, not to mention it has one of the most badass uses of a drone that I've EVER seen!

Author People Should Discover: Steve Berry! I'm a huge history nerd and he writes the absolute best blend of thriller and historical fiction! Hooray for Cotton!

Most-Anticipated Book Of 2021: Enemy. At. The. Gates. The plot sounds like EVERYTHING we fans could want in a Rapp novel. Kyle again proves to understand America and the path we're on better than any social-scientist or political commentator, without sounding too much like the guy on the corner with a soapbox and megaphone. I mean, come on, Rapp channeling his inner 'George Smiley' to track down a mole inside the CIA alongside Scott, Irene, Marcus and the cast of characters we've come to think of as family? Hell yeah!

Favorite Local/Indie Bookstore: The Book Dragon Shop in Staunton, VA! Awesome veteran-owned small business nestled into the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sandi has helped me with orders over the phone, on her website, and in person!
